Terms and Conditions
Effective upon sign-up acceptance
By signing up and creating an account with Assentra, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the following terms and conditions:
1. Eligibility
- You must be at least 18 years old to create an account with Assentra.
- All information provided during registration must be true, accurate, and complete.
2. Account Responsibility
- You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
- Any activity under your account will be considered your responsibility.
3. Investment Participation
- All investments made with Assentra are voluntary.
- Assentra offers various profit-sharing models, including passive and affiliate-based rewards.
- The returns may vary based on market performance, referral activity, and bonus eligibility.
4. Profit Distribution
- Profit is shared on a weekly basis, subject to the company’s investment returns.
- Non-working participants can earn up to 300% of their capital.
- Active participants (referrals/ADO) can earn up to 500%, including bonuses and leadership income.
5. Exit Policy
- Investors can exit the program within 15 days from the date of deposit.
- A 10% deduction will be applied as an exit fee.
- After 15 days, withdrawal of principal amount is not permitted; only profit withdrawals are allowed as per system policy.
6. Activation Wallet Policy
- Funds transferred into the Activation Wallet cannot be withdrawn.
- These funds can only be used to:
- Top-up new participant IDs
- Transfer to other users’ Activation Wallets
- Activation Wallet is a non-refundable, internal utility fund.
7. Referral & ADO Responsibilities
- To become an Assentra Development Officer (ADO), a participant must refer at least six active members.
- ADOs are expected to uphold the mission of Assentra: promoting global unity and financial empowerment.
8. Fraud & Misuse
- Any kind of misuse, manipulation, or fraudulent activity will result in immediate termination of your account.
- Legal action may be taken where applicable.
9. Modification of Terms
- Assentra reserves the right to modify these terms at any time.
- Continued use of the platform after changes implies agreement to the updated terms.
